Terms and Conditions

1. Photos must be paid for before we print them.

2. VSN is not responsible for errors on orders involving adding a name to a photo

product when the order form is not clearly written or typed incorrectly.

3. All VSN photos are COPYRIGHTED and may not be copied or duplicated without

permission from VSN.

4. Sales tax is already included in the prices...you do not need to add sales tax.

5. The quality of our photos depends on teams being ready on time for pictures as much as the photographer being on time for pictures.

7. Turn around times for orders is usually 2-4 weeks. We diligently try to process orders as quickly as we can.
